The easy way to control bleeding: Cuts or abrasions - clean the wound and apply Bloodstop to cover; apply light pressure; when bleeding stops, rinse off excess gauze with clean water or saline, gently wiping off excess gauze without disturbing the wound. Nosebleeds - fold Bloodstop into small strip and pack into nose; compress the bleeding nostril; when bleeding stops, if desired, gently remove remaining gauze and rinse with clean water or saline. Store in a cool dry place for maximum shelf life.
